"I used to come here weekly when it was previously called Chuckles. Back then this place was a 5/5 every time. Over time, the quality and taste has declined a bit in my opinion, but food is still not bad. It's a very busy and lively place on the weekends/some evenings, which is nice but be prepared to wait a while for your food."

Our experience there was delightful from start to finish. We began our meal with the garlic bread, which was a perfect blend of textures—moist on the inside and wonderfully crunchy on the outside. It's exactly how garlic bread should be, offering a delightful start to the meal. The highlight of our visit, however, was the veggie pizza. It was bursting with flavor, with every bite providing a fresh and satisfying taste. The balance of the toppings was spot-on, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. The crust was perfectly baked, providing a nice crunch without being too hard, and the cheese was melted to perfection, adding a creamy texture that complemented the fresh vegetables. When it comes to portion sizes, this place doesn’t disappoint. We ordered a large veggie pizza, and when they say large, they truly mean it. The pizza was enormous, enough to be super filling for even the heartiest of appetites. Despite the generous size, the quality and taste were not compromised. Each slice was as delicious as the last, making it a great value for money. The pricing here is very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and the quality of the food. It’s not often you find a place where you can get such a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. The affordability combined with the high standards of the food makes it a place worth returning to. The service was another standout aspect. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Our food arrived quickly, which is always a plus when you’re hungry and looking forward to a good meal. "Just visited Candela's for the first time. They accommodated my wife's MCAS dietary restrictions perfectly. They offer two different Gluten-Free curst options, one regular gluten-free & one Cauliflower crust. My wife cannot eat Cauliflower, so we got the regular gluten-free crust and it was fantastic. Ordered a regular Gluten-free crust "Margherita" pie, with NO cheese (dairy allergy), add balsamic drizzle & fresh minced garlic & olive oil. Could not be more happy about it. They walked it over to the brewery a few doors down which was another plus IMO. We board our horse nearby & will now continue to order from here, knowing they offer regular gluten-free crust option, and accommodated her food restrictions. It was truly amazing. Even I got a couple slices that were unreal-good with their regular crust. Thank you Candela's!"

"The customer service was amazing, they were all so nice and attentive to the customers. Having experience as a server, I noticed how they were details oriented. Frank, the owner, I believe was so nice and welcoming, as I was paying and about to leave, he came to introduce himself to me and noticed I was not from around here. He made me feel welcomed, as I just moved here from Florida the night before. After driving over 15 hours over 2 days, I really appreciated them. They made me feel like at home and I needed this. I had the Pasta Vodka with Penne and the tiramisu and it was delicious and the portions were generous. I will come back for sure."
